6th June 2018 - Size matters

So the latest update is that we've started releasing larger bottles of our beard oil. Beard Oil is now available in 30ml bottles and we will soon be releasing 30ml Beard Balm as well.

We will also be releasing 5ml + 10ml bottles of Beard Oil which will be great for the likes of traveling.

As usual, all support is greatly appreciated!

9th January 2018 - Whats Happening?!

Hey Guys! It's been a while since i updated the blog, lately it's been full steam ahead with social media.

Any who, HAPPY NEW YEAR! This is the first blog post of 2018 and there's been a few changes since the last entry!

So, the Sample Packs we had where selling pretty well although due to some packaging issues we had to stop until we fixed the error which thankfully has now been resolved. Sample Packs now come in nifty new packaging, with it's own little case of wood wool for extra protection. You can see the new packaging pictures on the item at the store.

The Balms, Oh my the balms. Unfortunately due to a supplier changing the dimensions, the tins i had ordered in (from a previous order) where too small for the labels i had ordered (maybe getting ahead of myself? maybe thinking ahead? who knows) well we do have Chocolate Orange Balms available but the other scented oils should be with us mid-January.

So no more bad news. 2017 was a decent year for us, got to see all the bugs and problems that affect business along the way and i'm always looking for ways to improve how things are done, which has lead to the release of new products.

So recently we got in Beard Brushes, which are great, they even look good and I'm super thrilled about them, they are also available via the store. This has allowed me to make up a few offers, such as bundles like the Hill's Beard Care Collection (Oil, Balm, Comb and Brush) which works out cheaper rather than buying on their own.

There are new Beard Oils and Balms in the pipeline but as one guy running the entire operation, this purely relies on sales and support. Due to all the legal stuff, every Oil has to be assessed which is expensive, i'd prefer to keep working with the great oils i have for now before bringing out new scents.

I do have one more product coming soon which I'm excited to release and hopefully you will be too.

12th September 2017 - Beard Combs

Hi guys! good news, the wooden beard combs have arrived and are looking well. They are now available in store and will also be included in future package deals.

The Beard Balm as mentioned in the previous update has been sent for Safety Assessment. I shall let you all know as soon as they become available. Lastly, once the Balm arrives I will be doing competitions where you can win Balms, Oils and Combs. Keep an eye out folks!

1st September 2017 - New Updates

We have a few new updates that i'd like to share. First off, as we are a new brand, things will be changing often, changes to the website, payments, logos and packaging etc. Every sale helps and the money from each sale goes straight to the company to make new updates. The first update is, samples are available worldwide but if you live in the UK, there's no postage charge. There is a postage charge for everyone with 20ml bottles as it's a bit more costly to send. 

Second update is, we have a new scented beard oil for sale. Chocolate Orange is a very sweet scented oil, so if it's sweetness you're after than this is for you. I've had a few good reviews on the scent alone and like all my Beard Oils, it carries the same base oils.

Finally, the plan for next month is to have combs, beard balm and a new seasonal beard oil up for grabs. So keep and eye out.

5th August 2017 - Going Live

So everything's arrived and the shop is now up and running. Currently the only products being sold are Beard Oils but as this is a solo brand, all purchases will go towards new products such as balms and butters. 

I understand there are hundreds of beard brands out there and this is purely a small project of mine where instead of being in competition, I'd rather just be apart of the Beard Brand industry. That's all for now folks!

31st July 2017 - Cosmetic Safety Assessment

Well it finally happened, today is the day the Cosmetic Safety Assessment went through for my products, proving that my Beard Oils are safe to use. You can continue to purchase sample packs from the store at the discounted rate (p&p) until the main products are ready to go. Thanks for all the support and to those who told me to remain patient!

First off, my name is Stuart and I live in Northern Ireland. I started Hill's Beard Care simply as a bit of a hobby, one which I would love to see grow in the future. There are a lot of beard companies out there, which look very fancy but here, i'm keeping things rather simple for the time being, here's the product, enjoy, nothing fancy. All the products i'm selling have been sourced and put together by hand by me. 

Please bare with me while things get started. I currently only sell oils but the plan is, the more business the more products, which is when i'll be introducing balms, butters and hopefully combs and brushes etc. Everything is made to order and obviously there is a contacts section for any queries.
